User-Friendly Equipment

The new series includes new functions responding to passenger feedback, such as powder room and female-only toilet. Moreover, with enlarged pictogram displays to enhance visibility, information on cabin equipment is provided in a user-friendly manner.

Smoking Room

The smoking rooms are equipped with an innovative forced smoke ventilation system, as well as photo catalytic deodorization equipment. With such a completely separated smoking area, we aim to thoroughly prevent passive smoking affecting non-smokers.

On-Board Surveillance Cameras

On-board surveillance cameras are installed for the sake of all passengers and keep them feeling secure. We strive to further enhance security.

AED

An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is placed in car number 6, and available to provide immediate first aid in the event of an emergency.

Electric Outlets

Electric outlets are placed at the window side, forefront and the rear of reserved and non-reserved cabins, as well as each seat of the first class cabin (green cabin) for the convenience of many passengers such as business persons.

Female-Only Toilet

In response to passenger requirements, female-only toilets have been installed, allowing female passengers to use them with a sense of security. These toilets are also equipped with diaper changing tables, which are convenient for passengers with babies.
